*Is 64 ounces a water enough daily? It is an excellent start. However, our water consumption should be based on our weight. We need 1/2 our body weight in ounces not to exceed 100 ounces. This will enable us to easily shed unwanted pounds. Think about this, could some of your "health" issues be due to our severe dehydration?

*Does the medical field adhere to this oath anymore? You make the choice.

Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food.

Hippocrates, Father of Medicine, 400 B.C. Is this what we see today? Does healthy food have side effects? No it does not!

*Why is breakfast so important? Consider its definition: Breakfast \Break"fast\, v. i. [imp. & p. p. breakfasted; p. pr. & vb. n. Breakfasting.] To break one's fast in the morning; to eat the first meal in the day. Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913). So, it is important to have that first meal because you are actually fueling the body after it has worked extremely hard overnight to heal itself. So start your day right!

*Did you know that you can test to see if you lack Hydrochloric Acid (this acid is crucial to digestion)? Stomach Acid Test (for those experiencing heartburn): Take a spoonful of apple cider vinegar or lemon when a person is experiencing heartburn. If this makes the heartburn go away, then you need hydrochloric acid. If the heartburn gets worse, then the person has too much acidity and should not take hydrochloric acid. This test can also be used to determine whether or not a person has Ulcers.
